An Ultaire® AKP denture is a metal free, light weighted and an extremely biocompatible, that are setting a trend of the most comfortable denture to date. These newly designed dentures are non-corrosive, non-toxic and non-irritating with no metallic taste creating the dentures to be aesthetically pleasing. The dentures are right in between metal RPDs and flexible RPDs designed specifically to enhance the rigidity of the polymer to be supportive and to have a very long lifetime. Does Ultaire® AKP come in a variety of colours?
At this time, Ultaire® AKP is available in two colours — an A1/A2 matte. Tooth-like colour and an A3/A3.5 matte tan colour.
Can I Add Another Tooth As I Would With A Metal Frame?
It may be possible to add a tooth to the framework if there is an opportunity to get mechanical retention from the frame where the tooth is being added.

What Are The Benefits Of RPDs Made From Ultaire AKP?

How Stable Is The Material?
The properties of Ultaire AKP are not expected to change over time as long as the device is used appropriately and instructions for use are followed.
How Resistant Is The Material To Scratches?
Lab and clinical trials have shown that Ultaire™ AKP has a very high resistance to scratches; however, use of sharp tools or scraping of the surface should be avoided.
